- Moving through a casino- A busy casino can be overwhelming for a new comer. If you would like to observe a game make sure you are a fair distance away from the game to ensure that the players are not disrupted. Most casinos offer guided tutorials during off peak times.
- Cell phone and Camera use- Casinos do not like cell phone usage and therefore the use of personal electronics are discouraged. If you are playing a game cell phone usage is prohibited. You can take pictures at a casino as long as they are of a personal nature.
- Joining a game- if you intend to join a blackjack or craps game, make sure you take your time to access the game before joining. Make a note of the betting minimums and maximums which are stated on a placard near the table. If you have drink in hand, place it at the designated areas on the table.
- Cards – when being dealt with cards at a game, do not touch your cards if they are dealt face up. If they are dealt face down, touch you card with one hand only. Do not bend or fold cards. This is prohibited to prevent players from marking their cards. Once the first card has been dealt at a game, avoid touching your bet.
